Certificates
- Certificates are issued and sent to you approximately 3 months after the exam.
- All certificates are sent by registered mail. The approximate date of arrival can be found on your Online Result Letter.
- Please make sure you pick up your certificate at your local post office should you be away during this time.
- Returned certificates can be resent to you at a charge of CHF 20 if you contact us.

Lost certificates
It is Cambridge ESOL's policy not to issue duplicate certificates when the original has been lost. However, Cambridge provides a Certifying Statement of Results for candidates in accordance with the conditions specified on the application form.
